Ms. Shirley DePasse was very dedicated, persistant, and compassionate to me and my husband as we embarked on a journey to look for a house in the greater areas of South Bay, movimg back from North Carolina.  We started looking in mid April of 2003, and very challenging time for any buyers.  I also had limited time of about 3 weeks to look for a home.

For imstance, I remember the first day I looked for houses with Ms. DePasse.  She was completely relentless and didn't even take a break for one minute.  We continually looked houses after houses, all day.  We looked at about ten houses in one day!  I was very impressed by her demeanor and patience with me.

Ms. DePasse also showes her dedication to her clients.  She communicated everything that I needed to know about the houses, as I was getting ready to put in an offer.  She educated me on the pros and cons on a particular house.  She was objective and told me what I needed to know in order to make a sound decision.  

Again, if there's anyone looking for a house under limited time or not, I would definitely recommend Ms. Shirley DePasse hands down.  She will provide the tools and avenues so that you could find your home, not just a house.  We are currently very happy with our home in Redondo Beach and  we truly have to thank Ms. DePasse for all of her hard work and most of all her friendship along the way.
